Front rotors warp after 1,000 miles

2014 M6 convertible. OK I'm on my 3rd set. get about 1,000 miles on them and then feel vibration in steering wheel and thats my wife driving it around town at slow speed. BMW dealer just told me the rotors and pads are genuine replacements and the pads look 100% new. 4 times I have been told the caliper pistons are not binding. Bought the car at 38,000 and got another 30,000 miles on same rotors. think they were about new when I bought the car. Then at 65,000 miles or so started to warp. No excessive heat or noise to suggest pads are not releasing.
Dealer said BMW Germany has 800 sets of pads on back order. Something is fishy.
