Has anyone tried 245/45 R19 for an xdrive 650 GC? Mine is a 2013.

I was considering the same thing. The limiting factor with a stock setup is the front suspension piece in the attached picture. You can see with a stock 19 tire you have about 3/4 of an inch of clearance. I believe the 45 aspect tire is about 1/2 an inch larger in diameter. To me, I felt that that would not allow enough clearance, under road conditions for me to be comfortable with so I decided to just keep the standard tire size. But I did change to a non-runflat and that made all the difference in the world.

Yes, I'll even one up you with 275/40-R19 in the rears. I have run that Winter set with no issues. In fact, I would argue it gives me better traction and a softer ride. Here's a listing of a winter set up that I have for sale:

Walt, remember that if it is 1/2 inch larger in diameter, it is only 1/4 inch larger in radius. The aspect works perfectly well for me and reduces the wheel well gap. So aesthetically, it looks better and the side wall does not seem tall as long as you don't buy some balloon shaped tires!

What is the offset for 19” that will flush on a 6 series? Not looking for spacer to make it flush with the fender.

Just went to TireRack to see what the actual differences were:

40 Series = 26.7 in Dia
45 Series = 27.7 in Dia

So it's 1/2 inch in radius which gives ~ 1/4 inch clearance.

At the time I didn't want to be the guinea pig to see if would work.
Even still probably too close for me.

Correct...1" diameter is 1/2 radius. So maybe it is 1/4" clearance, maybe 1/2" clearance. All I know is it works with no issues on mine.
