I think the 20" you have are the 343M, which weigh about 11.2 kg front and 11.7 kg rear. As for looks, go with what you want, if you decide to switch and the new wheels are significantly heavier you may not like how it impacts the ride.

That's about all I'd be concerned with, but looks are a personal thing.

PS- I don't like the new ones

The new ones dont look sporty in a sophisticated or desirable way. I would stay with the stock 20s until you find something better.
