2019 MG GC 6MT coming up for sale

Hey guys,
My 2019 M6 6MT is going to be coming up for sale in the next 2 weeks. My lease is up, and I am trading it in for something more mellow.

The car has, by far, been the most enjoyable I have ever had. You can see pics of it in “my garage”. It has just shy of 39k miles, no accidents, and it is in excellent condition. I have had zero mechanical issues since I brought it home in Nov 2018.

I am not the point of contact, if you are interested in buying this gem. Steve Kizewic at BMW Toledo is the dude who will be selling the car. I will be turning it in as soon as my replacement arrives, hopefully in the next week or so. They are going to CPO the car, with the resultant premium, but if you offer them something lower beforehand, I am sure they would take it. I just had all recommended service completed this week.

Singapore grey, black extended merino, b and o, almost all options except no CCB. Only mods are some coding off of granny switches and tinted windows (3m ceramic, 35%, except front window with no tint). No tuning ever.

His email: Steve.kizewic@yarkautomotivegroup.net

I'm in the same boat! I just consigned my 6 speed competition pack M6 as well. The used car market is insane right now and its time for me to get something a little more practical

Wow…such a rare specimen…I don’t think I’d let go of it if it were mine.

But I did realize something…your rear seats are perforated! I thought the LCI models with ventilated front seats (perforated leather)…got regular (smooth) non-perforated rear seats due to the rear seat ventilation not being offered. Was this something different in regard to the LCI M6 options? The pre LCI models w/front perforated leather did get rear perforated leather…but I’ve never seen an LCI w/perforated rear leather before.

LCI M6 w/perforated leather rear seats??

They are definitely perforated and heated, but no cooling for the back seats. I confess I didn’t know that non-perforated rear seats were the norm for LCI M6’s.
They are the most comfortable rear seats I have ever sat in, even if I only sat in them once.

LCI GC here and my rear seats are also perforated.

Great looking car, Chesie. Good luck with the sale.

It's a beautiful and rare specimen for sure. There were only 42 6-Speed MT F06 M6 over the 4 LCI model years. There can't be more than a few a year coming up for sale now, and they're worth whatever someone will pay--might be a lot and might not be so much. But I had the same reaction about this ask. This car is a 2019, the last year. It has the best iDrive of any M6 and the final refinements of its generation. But it lacks the big ticket optional CCBs and has almost 40K miles, a lot for its age. By one measure, my own 2016 MT with half the miles, I would not sell for twice the price. So maybe $90K is a steal?

Certainly used cars are bringing good money these days and that accounts for some premium here. The MT adds allure that I understand as an MT-only buyer, but even so I find this price unrealistic even if I wouldn't sell at the same level. The F06 seems to be the last and best GT BMW ever made with an MT and maybe some day the market will appreciate that, but I don't think that day is here. Auction results suggest this price is unlikely to clear, either. Maybe someone who has to have an MT will pay $70K? I'd expect to see $55 to $65 at auction, though. My volunteered opinion worth exactly nothing!

Thanks for chiming in. The absence of perforated rear seats must be a LCI f06 640/650 thing and the LCI f06 M6 retained the perforated seats.

…and no ceramic dials, no leather dash…and although it has merino leather…there’s no contrast stitching.

I have a 2016 M6 GC with a manual and 52,000 miles. Man, I wish it were worth $90K! Or $70K! But it isn't for sale. I love it.
