Captured rare full rainbow with a double rainbow outline. Lasted less than 5 min.
Freak rainclound in an otherwise sunny day. 6 series directly in the middle of the rainbow! Happened yesterday!

I confess, yes I did. Haven't had a chance to do much yet...but picked this one up on 10/1/22. Found it in Flint MI (about 3 hours away)...and traded the 2013 for it. An interesting tidbit/wrinkle (depending on how you look at it)...it was originally a Canadian import...thus the little M emblems on the front fenders that made me raise an eyebrow initially. The previous owner must have lived in Quebec since many of the stored destinations appear to have French street names.

Well congratulations!! A very fine specimen indeed. Love the Moonstone and 4 doors! Have you noticed any differences in the operations/performance? Your previous was a '13, but not the TU was it?

The 2013 had the n63tu, too. The biggest differences are:

• 2015’s iDrive is NBT version vs the 2013’s CIC…NBT has a higher resolution
• iDrive touch controller knob (nice having the ability to write letters & nbrs)
• Merino extended leather is nice…it extends from the left side of the center console under the steering wheel over to the driver assist buttons…and the lower half of the doors & door pockets are covered in leather vs the formed pockets used with Nappa leather…even with the leather dash option
• biggest surprise was the illuminated B&O speakers…1st night time drive it was new to me to see the speaker's subtle illumination…which includes the speakers mounted in the rear parcel shelf, too

The one thing I really miss that the 2013 had was the illuminated door sills. I’ve never understood why the regular model, Alpina, and Individual models have illuminated door sills…but the M-sport pkg sills are not illuminated.

Hello fellow 6 owners. Long-term BMW owner here, but just acquired this F06 640iX as a daily driver.

Started doing a few little things to it, since BMW or any aftermarket doesn't offer black grills I had them as well as all the other chrome (fender grills, door trim, trunk emblem surround) painted black.

Unfortunately all 4 of the 20" Style 373s are bent, so temporarily running my original M5 wheels, which fit surprisingly well, but tires are a bit too wide, and it desperately needs a drop. H&R 50470-2 springs are also on order.

I also ordered gloss black M6 style quad diffuser and splitters but I am not a fan of any of the usual trunk spoiler choices.
The only one I like is the Hamman style trunk lip, however I can't find any cars that have this installed other than the promotional pictures from Hamman. Has anyone here installed one?
