What are you smoking out there in Dreamville?

The G90 M5 comes standard with red steering wheel paddle shifters and a red start stop button.

So do several basic Honda's haha

I'm just not a fan of that cherry red. Maybe a navy blue.

Pretty sure the Air Force was using red fire, start, launch buttons for the last 50 years so no surprise auto makers follow suit. Are you not going to order a G90 M5 cause the red buttons?

G90

M5's haven't done it for me since the e60 (2010 model yr exclusively). I'd much rather have a '15 M6 Gran than the new M5. Wouldn't everyone else?

No. I have a 16 M6 GC and am looking forward to the G90 M5 and the new M8. Because I am not a self hating BMW driver

Self-hating? I mean.... you are. A fanboy, as well
You aren't self-hating but you want to continually upgrade to the next shiny thing? I bet you can't wait for the iPhone 11

In terms of an overall score regarding performance, looks, appeal, etc., the new M5 doesn't compare to the old M6 (new M5 seems like an elongated version of the old one, which you yourself would agree didn't compare to the M6, considering you own the 6 & not the 5). Not just in my eyes, but if you asked the general populace, they would agree.
I'll reserve judgement for the M8, but if it's based off of the same specs as the G90, than I also don't see a reason to be excited. The concept didn't wow me in any way.

To be fair, nothing BMW has done lately has wow'ed me. More the opposite, honestly. Dat new X7 doe

Nah, the new M8 is going to be epic. More power, less weight.

I'm sure someone will make a different color M button and start button, that's just an excuse to hate on the G cars
