If you listen to his video where he details the fire, he says something 'the stuff burning out the back of his car was being thrown onto the road out the back and staying lit on road'

This sounds more like an electric fire where cells.etc pop out and remain lit,

a reg fuel fire dont burn like that really,

but im no fire expert , just speculation i think they still need to do investigation on it
