N63 Customer Care Package", bulletin B001314

Has anyone dealt with the N63 Customer Care Package", bulletin B001314 ? I know people own the TU engine here so speaking to minority.

A month ago I got the "Drivetrain Malfunction" warning on my idrive and check engine light came on. Brought it to BMW and they replaced the spark plugs and one ignition coil for $700.

Now the same thing is happening again to my car and now I am reading about the customer care package. Has anyone dealt with this at BMW?

Should not they have told me about this when I brought my car in the first time? And do they now have to fix my car for free?

Thank you. So it seems I am definitely eligible. I am also going to ask why they did not inform me of this and try to get my $700 back. The car needs more work.

Guess I should do my research before I bought the car. I think I am going to sell it now.
