I average one tank a week on my previous 650, sometimes 1.3 tanks, sport mode pretty much everywhere, 16MPG lol
I used to drive 100KM to and from work in total |

I use Shell, if you register with theirs rewards you save 5 cent on every gallon and Tuesday or Thursday depending on when you are it’s 20 cents off premium. So far this year I saved $52 on gas. I try and look at how much I can save rather than how much I spend because I do like to drive.

Does that auto populate or do you have to fill in every time.

The formulas for the cells with totals varies...some are SUM formulas like for TANK miles: [SUM(C2:C20] & some are AVERAGE formulas like the AVG MPH column: [=AVERAGE(F2:F20]

I generally see 16.x mpg when I check, most of that's commuting in town, some highway here and there for work stuff. Kinda surprised considering how much I like the gas pedal. On the highway I see mid-20's cruising 80-85.
EDIT: down to 15.8 LOL. Anyone know what timeframe the car uses for the avg mpg number? Or if it's a setting you can change? Last edited by TGrits10; 08-27-2020 at 08:02 AM.. |

So that means the average was higher when I got it and I've dragged it down from the 16's into the 15's so far, with my actual burn rate unknown That's weird but...I guess I don't mind having 2 to play with. Why they gotta be separate, BMW? |

Having two systems is nice. You can track mpgs on a trip w/o losing your long term average. |

That's true, I ought to go in and reset to see only my lead-footing results. I came from a lightweight turbo 4-cyl so not only does the car inherently eat more gas, but I'm constantly making it worse enjoying all the torque. I'm with you on 2 trackers being nice, never seen it on mpg before, just trip odometers. |
