If not a power trunk...why not at least give the f06/f13/f12 a soft close trunk...we didn't even get that.

Soft close all around except where needed the most

Honestly, I think I'm more perturbed with the way I have to close the trunk moreso than not having the power open feature. I hate touching the trunk...leaving fingerprints...so I reach underneath the lid to pull it down from the indented pull-down handles. Most times I can do it quickly and with enough "umph" for it to close. But sometimes if I have to do it from a weird angle...it doesn't close...so I have to touch the trunk or re-open and try again. This is when the soft-close feature would really be handy. If the doors have this feature...why not the trunk, right?

Hi guys,

Quick update, just had the gas struts replaced on the trunk and its popping open perfectly now....they replaced under AUC warrenty
