51128052677 and  51128052677...these 2 are the parts u need .. this would give u the OEM m6 look ..but doesn't include the big fin center diffuser..that's a aftermarket part..

this is ordered on Turner but doesn't include shipping ...the cheap one I post is a 1 piece diffuser that gives you the center big fin diffuser ..unlike the OEM one ..but like I stated earlier ..not sure how the quality and fit .. what I've read about that company is that there pieces are hit and miss on fitment

These seem to be 2 identical part numbers. And also need to be painted?
I don't think I am sure on the parts here. So the OEM parts include 3 parts to get the look from the original post while the one I posted (and you for less money) is a single piece that includes all those 3 parts?

Fitment is a concern, but I guess getting it from a place with a good return policy should address those concern...

this is without shipping quote .. and there's 2 pieces to make it look like the m6 set up ..the cheaper one that I posted is made up of 1 piece ..that gives u the center big fin diffuser ..but once again it's all about the fit

Thanks so much for the help so far.
Correct! That would work, depending on fitment you may have to polyurethaned it on. That diffuser is also painted.

Still need to decide which diffuser to get before the install
I see OEM diffuser comes primed. Are you going to paint it or leave it as it? I suppose the primed finish is matte black? Do you have any photos?
I usually order parts at BMW South Atlanta and they have it for $159.20 + shipping. Of course need the flap thingie also (38.50). Not too bad.

Taking Benny for an oil change tomorrow and will see what my mechanic has to say

I'd really like a glossy black finish (same as the original 640 diffuser) to match my rear spoiler. I like the tips though, even they are carbon (and there is absolutely nothing else carbon on the car). I guess I can easily replace that later if the mismatch bothers me. But didn't see a single diffuser that is gloss black on eBay... Glossy (wet?) carbon is maybe closer to the gloss black then. IDK

Yeah I seen that BMW of Atlanta has it pretty cheap ..but the shipping changes the price .. I went to the BMW near my house ..they ordered it got it the same day ... The piece comes in gray primered.. the center plastic diffuser I opted out as I'm looking to get a carbon one .. if that fails I'll just get the cheap 50$ part for now .. I'm having my part painted white ..

Are you getting it painted at the BMW or independent shop? What is the cost you were quoted?

Craigslist based on a tip (no pun intended) from a forum member. Was lucky that the mufflers came with these tips, like them a lot.
There are plenty of guys who offered to sell it here on the forum if you are interested.
