BMW say I have an outstanding recall on the 640d GC. It's an April 2016.

EGR Cooler Replacement
Mixing Tubes Check
Intake Manifold Check

Has anyone else had this changed or currently have this outstanding?

Last recall on this was just an ERG visual check... now they replacing whole unit

Dealer told me they are checking serialnumber on the EGR cooler. They could not guarantee a replacement. Mine is going in tomorrow..

Serialnumber/date checked. Full replacement of EGR parts needet when they are back in stock.

It will be the the third time car is at the dealer because of this..

MINE went in yesterday for this recall, its the EGR Cooler replacement as Junebug listed.

i also got hem to replace the trunk seal that was hanging off, seems seals are not covered under an AUYC warranty…..

total will be 100 euro for the seal supply and Fit.

Lucky for me the 2016 coupe I have doesn't have any recalls.
