Higher pitch sound at over 35 mph

I just noticed this morning (this sound may have been there for a while) a higher pitch sound coming from the front end of the car (drivetrain or engine) when cruising at speeds above 35-40 mph. The sound frequency decreases as I slow down to a stop (then disappears) then returns as I approach 35 mph.

The sound is similar to a supercharger whine.

Any idea what it may be?

I have had a super high-pitched whistle noise coming from the turbochargers (or very close to them) on multiple 650s. I have no idea why this happens. It happens any speed and is very random.
