There were two colors of red - a metallic red and a regular non-metallic red. Both are relatively rare - or at least much less common - since most people want white, silver or come version of black these days. I have never actually looked into it, but I have noticed that I have never seen the metallic red in a car with MSport bumpers. It may not have been available. The non-metallic red is what I see on MSport cars. There was also a red interior available of course, and again, it is not rare but not super common. Could the red interior be combined with the red exterior? I assume so but cannot say for sure. But that combo - assuming it exists - would be 1 in 100 of a car that was produced in small numbers, so you may be looking for a long time.

Based on the info from the 2015 F06 pricing/ordering guide (found doing a simple google search)...you would need to look for either Imola Red or Vermilion Red for the exterior...and Vermilion Red for the interior.
Good luck in your search because as mentioned the two exterior reds are kind of on the rare side...and the red interior (when found) is usually found with white/black/gray/silver exterior paints: Vermilian Red Nappa Leather interior:
