Scrambled Meatloaf toped with a Sunny Side Up

Baked some breaded boneless and skinless chicken thighs for dinner tonight.

Made a quick salad after I did the chicken.

Romaine, chicken, fresh bacon bits, parmesan petals and Cesar dressing.

Pasta Leftover

Not sure what it's called. I learned that from my Landlady in Germany.

Melted raclette cheese over mash potatoes and ham. Normally you would used cured Westphalia ( Similar to a prosciutto ) ham but I made due with what I had.

It certainly sticks to your ribs.

That was my go to supermarket (as well as Aldi and Morrisons) when I did a couple of work stint in Barrow in Furness (also known as the longest cul-de-sac in the UK). They had Scotch at half the price we pay here

You eat pretty well for an Englishman. I expected more puddings and sausages and "pies."

I try to stick to a low fat low sugar diet eating more white meat, fish and keeping the red meat at a minimum. At my local Tesco they have a gas station also with Costco just half mile away so the tesco is handy for small things where Costco is mostly in bulk.

The Scotch distilleries are not far North of there so cheaper
