MHD/BM3 catless question

Just picked up an m6 with catless downpipes and an unknown tune. Trying to get it to pass emissions but it is stuck at 2 readinesses incomplete and wont go down to just 1.

Question is, with a MHD or BM3 tune with the catless downpipe option selected, will the readinesses go down to 1?

Yes ive driven the car enough. From vegas to georgia & put many miles on it recently after resetting the readinesses and cant get 02 sensor to ready up.

Few euro shops in Atlanta are telling me its tune related and to tune it through them but not sure if they are saying that just so i buy their tune or what.

Update: got car retuned and now all is well.

Hey Ken- what tune did you go with?

When I first got my 6 it had an unknown tune as well on stage 2.
I switched to bm3 and ended up with cat/o2 staying in a “non-ready” state after 1000s of miles.

Ended up putting it back to stage 1 on stock cats since I didn’t want to deal with the headache of failed emissions inspections every year.

Got tuned by Eurofed in atlanta. Needless to say, their tune ended up being pretty bad. All the power was shoved as low in the RPMs as they could and hopefully i dont have a bent rod or anything now from it.

Car has been retuned and all is well now though.
