Comparing your experience with large organisations which you have had and continue? to have in the pharmaceutical field can't be compared to what goes on in the corridors of power and decision making in companies mated to F1 teams in particular Daimler Merc and RB Honda .
I believe RB is run honestly and fairly with the drivers given free rein on their ideas without constraint and Christian Horner is ''seen'' to be a reasonable and straightforward team leader unlike Wolff who in my eyes comes across as a shifty character visibly losing temper when a pen drops on the floor and over controlling when it comes the drivers.
Your idea of how this DMB organisation works is a bit whitewashed.

This is hilarious. Good leadership is good leadership and translates across all industries. Do you think Toto Wolff goes in and grabs a stylus or spanner or hex key? No. He provides a positive culture and inspires people to do their best and makes sure they are adequately resourced to do the best job possible. Which they have since 2014.

All large organizations have their issues and we really don't have much insight into either. The only real data point we have is success. MB/Lewis teammates have been much more successful than the recent past RB ones. Gasly/Albon had mostly miserable experiences there, thankfully Gasly has rebounded nicely and hopefully Albon gets another chance. The book is still out on Checo, he got the one win he should of gotten at least with VER/HAM out. Obviously Rosberg and even Bottas have had much more success than the RB drivers/teammates of Max. I think it's pretty clear who is playing games or not a level playing field with their "second" drivers.

Nothing more needs to be added but for the fact that since you are providing objective data, it will largely be ignored or Max-plained away by the RBR adherents.

Thanks! I believe even RIC only managed 7 total wins and no higher than third in the WDC. Compared to BOT's 9 wins and a couple of 2nds in the WDC. I think I have my numbers right.

For instance Checo had chosen to set his own car up at BGP and look where it got him..to the back of the field.
It shows there that Horner let him do what he thought was right without pressure but there comes a time when enough is enough and he has to tow the line with a more stable set up from RB if he's not capable.

In the last races Valtteri did a great job by supporting Lewis .

Actually this is a recipe for any good movie. When a movie has a good protagonist/antagonist, it creates a lot of tension. Hell, Disney has made a fortune off of this premise. Today, in F1, we have Hamilton and Verstappen playing both roles (depending on fan base), which creates a lot of drama, therefore we follow them to see who comes out at the top at the end. And just like the tracks that start and end at the same point, this vicious cycle continues on and on. But we love it, or we wouldn't be here.

Max's total team mates: RIC, GAS, ALB, PER. Total Wins: 9. Total WDCs: ZERO. GOOSE EGG. NUTHIN'. NADA.

But for RIC, who beat him, Max is untested.

Sir Lewis's Total Team Mates: ALO, KOV, BUT, ROS, BOT. Total wins: A gazillion...every one a race winner. Total WDCs: 4 more than VER has.
