These don't give error but they randomly flash when headlights are on. China junk

Reviving an old thread here - looking for a solution for a brighter lamp, was about to order the above suggested bulbs but the last comment on them randomly flashing with headlights on has made me hesitant. Any additional reviews from those that have them, or additional suggestions that have worked well?
