Looks great. With the m-sport available on every model I don't know why people even bother with the M renderings. we already know what it'll look like.

Sums it up nicely imo!
The A7 is just hideous next to this, the GC really game out nice, can't wait to see it in RL, since imo, pretty much every BMW does look better in RL, than just pics.

So what's the deal with the "6 cylinder TwinPower turbo engine" in the 640. Is that the same as the N55 in the 335, or is this a different engine? What gives it the extra 0.5 liter of badge pseudo-displacement?

Now that's a beautiful car indeed.

Like I mentioned in another thread, it reminds me of a Chrysler LHS, a modern interpretation of course.

Couldn't be further from the truth. THis will be a very successful car for BMW. ITs better than the competition. Although the original CLS still takes the cake.

Love it! My father traded his Mercedes CLS55 for a new 2010 F10 550i. Now he's thinking about trading the 550i for the Gran Coupe. He had a 645i before he had the CLS55.

So this is going to start at $70K for the 650i GC, right?

I would love to be inside the BMW board room when they try to figure out how this will compete with a CLS550 that starts at that price...

Pretty cool, I just don't understand the function of this car. It's just a smoother 5? Don't get me wrong, I like it, it just messes up how I organize the BMW family tree in my mind.

Just think of it as a more practical 6 series

The cls 550 has such a striking pose and looks so elegant. I'm quite sure this car will have a better interior but if you only care about interior quality there's the 7 series and S class. BMW shouldn't make all there model line up look the same. I don't buy cars that are made from a photocopying machine. If I did I would buy a hyundia. If BMW continues on this path I'll go to Porsche.
You lost all credibility when you mentioned Porsche as most of their models look identical with few minor changes.

Will the W spoke style 423 rims as seen on the Frozen Bronze be available in the US? I am not seeing it as an option on bmwusa.com

The car is absolutely beautiful, and IMO, looks better than the Mercedes CLS.

This photo doesn't do this car justice!

I saw the car in dark blue colour and it's really very sleek with a fluent and elegantly understated form.
A car that will look great 20 years from now.

The only imperfection are the front lights (general shape).

The car is huge and really something for American wide roads.
