Sleeping in a F06
Hi Guys,
have a strange one and wanted to see you if any of you guys ever had to sleep in the back of the F06. I go fishing a lot in rural Ireland and i have been caught in pretty remote locations with no tent and had to drive a long way back and i have been tempted to sleep in the car. i had an e39 before the f06 and sleeping it was a nightmare as the seats did not fold, i am 6'5". So any feedback or stories would be would be great. Last edited by BmwF06Ireland; 05-18-2020 at 03:39 PM.. |

But say I had to sleep in the 6... I would think about laying the back seat down and using lots of blankets with lower body in boot and upper body on the back of the rear seatbacks.

Thankfully we have an x5 too :-p
Seriously though the GC would not be very comfortable to sleep in given the 2+2 configuration. |

Yeah...some extra padding to help with the folds and splits would help make it more comfortable...and hopefully you'll only be sleeping for one (unless the other person is really small).
Somebody on one of the X5 forums just posted a pic of them, their SO, and dog bedded in the back of their X5. I'll have to see if i can find that pic. EDIT:
