Bootmo3 tune.

Hey all pretty new to the forum. I just did a bm3 stage 1 tune everything is running great. Was doing some research and was looking to flash the trans as well via bm3.

However when i plugged everything up today the transmission tab was blank on the bm3 app. Is there an additional map i have to purchase? I paid $895 directly from ptf. Btw

my car is a 2018 650i gran coupe only have 16k on it love it so far.

BM3 doesnt have a transmission flash for our cars. Look at XHP.

Did you had to unlock your dme to flash bootmod3?

Why did bm3 cost you $900 I thought it's more like$600

I paid £150 for stage 1 ECU remap, many people doing it alone with low overheads, paying the tuning company less than $100 for the tune.

It depends on the engine, they charge more for the more expensive cars.

xhp is a nice add on for BM3. stage 3 seemed too aggressive with shift points -slammed hard. The stage 2 is perfect. JordanTune is a fantastic 3rd party tuner for BM3
