Hood and Trunk Roundle

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get the hood and trunk roundle and the rear M6 badge in the Black and Gold color? I have attached a picture for reference.

If you tried to do a google search using Roundle and came up empty....try again but try the correct spelling for the badge...try (BMW black Roundel).

I just did a quick try and saw multple examples...some black, some carbon fiber, some black & white, and some are “overlays”.

Good luck...and FYI...the f06/f121/f13 uses an 82mm Roundel on the hood and trunk.

examples:

You bring up a good point...one should use one of the online part database sites (FIRST) and look up the 11 digit BMW part number for the item based on your model/model year/build date/etc. The f06/f12/f13 doesn’t use the same Roundels that the M3/M4 uses. If you pull up the diagram for your BMW then click on the 11 digit BMW part number for the Roundels listed...you’ll see that the M3/M4 is NOT listed.

If you shop using the 11 digit BMW part number for the 82mm Roundels used on the f06/f12/f13...you should have better luck with parts fitment.

i gave up and had mine wrapped, like the blue parts made black and it looks awesome.

but ill see if using the part number helps because ive been told ny two seperate shops that they dont make for F10 or F12/13/06.

I will post feedback.

I talked to him a couple weeks ago, he said he added the gold with thin strips of vinyl.

can you maybe ask if he's fit or if he had to modify them to work?

If you pull up the part number and then search for that part number (ie type “BMW 51 14 7 057 794” into a google search box)...you’ll see that the back side of the Roundel for the f06/f12/f13 looks different than some of the other 82mm Roundels that have a different part number. Again, if you start with the correct part number for your BMW first...it can help save you from ordering a part that may look similar but not fit correctly.

{back side of 82mm Roundel used for the f06/f12/f13}

{back side of 82 mm Roundel used on the f33 M4 (51 76 7 288 752)}

{back side of 82mm Roundel used on the f82 M4 (51 14 8 132 375)}
