Water build up passenger engine bay area.

hi guys so it looks like the drain plug is blocked up as described in this

I want to get this sorted as there is a an inch or 2 or water stuck.

I am still under warranty, would bmw fix this issue as part of warrwnty repair ?

Has anyone brought it in for this problem ?
