Rear Axle Differential Lock

Guys,

Got this Check Control notification on startup. Disappeared on restart. Reappeared again at soft driving at 30 mph then vanished in secs. Drove another 175 miles with nothing coming up again.

I know there are electronics along with a servo motor for the rear differential.
What do I need to consider that I can undertake before taking it in ?

Anything to consider about this warning. I had got it more than once. Is/was only fleeting then cleared.
