The main thing is to make sure the air you use is dry. I have a dryer installed at the hose connection on my compressor. In Houston, there is more moister in the air than N2 in the summer (90% RH). The moister in the air is what causes the radical pressure fluctuation when the tires heat up.

That’s very interesting, Derek! Especially the part about air being 78% nitrogen. Lol! It’s all good. Costco only charged me $12.99 to swap out the air. I’m still messing with the pressures, but am pretty happy with 37 Front and 41 rear. The new Michelins don’t break loose as easily as the Dunlops did. It’s cool because the car moves so much better.
