Hello all. I just bought a 2015 M6 Gran coupe. It was a CPO with 27,800. The car had a $147k msrp and is equipped with the carbon ceramics, comp package, full extended leather, Bang Ofulsen and I think everything else BMW had to offer as an option.
I'm coming from a fbo f82 M4. It was silverstone metallic. I haven't been active on forums for years but now that I'm back to owning and not leasing I will e spending more time. So my obsession is that VERY expensive Meisterschaft GTC exhaust. Any direction towards the cheapest way lol. |

the grill surround is very easy to vinyl, I did it myself on my car... Yours has the chrome slats as well which shouldn't be too difficult either it would just take some patience. You can just buy a blacked out grill from iND

The grills are easy to replace if you don't have huge hands and don't mind a few scrapes, but whatever you do - don't yank them out! You have to release the tabs on the back side. There's a YouTube video out there, I think it's for an F10 5 series, but the process is the same.
Nice car by the way!

Thanks it’s a massive upgrade from the M4. Even with comp package the M6 rides smoother. The interior is amazing. I love the A.C seats. Not to mention the V8 sound is perfection. I never really liked my m4 sound even fully catless

Damn, the depreciation is nuts on these cars for the first few years! I almost bought a Singapore Gray 2015 M6 GC with 10k miles for an alright price, while we were signing the paperwork they started jacking me around the "refresher" maintenance work - completely opposite of what the sales manager told us. That killed the deal. The next week we bought a 15 650 GC, not as badass as the M6, but for right now it was a better decision.

Yup getting them out of lease is usually best if you can find a clean cpo. 1st owner takes a beating. $70k+ is not a little amount of money but I think I got alot of car for my $.
