Side mirrors fold automatically.

Is there any way we can have the side mirrors fold automatically when doors are locked?

Just hold the thumb for a few seconds on the door handle. You have keyless go?
Or press the lock button for a few seconds.

Do a search for the BimmerCode app. As mentioned above, this can be coded using aftermarket software.

Minimum requirement for factory coding is that you have comfort access (ie, lock and unlock by touching the door handle). Without this the coding cannot be done (stand to be corrected if anyone can prove the contrary).

Beyond that something like a SmartTop module would be your next option.

You connect the app (that you download on your device) to your car with an adapter that plugs into your OBD II connector.

See videos below (randomly chosen using a google search) for an example of how it is done:

That is amazing. I never knew you could do that.

I saw the word coding and thought I had to work at Microsoft to get these things done..

Thanks so much!

Do any of you know if coding can increase the brightness of the ambient interior lighting or even change the ambient colours?

You can download the Bimmercode app (for free)...and once downloaded...you can use the DEMO mode to see what all is available.

See examples below...I looked into the FEM (front electronics module) to see what coding is available...and AMBIENT LIGHTING is right at the top...if you click on it...you will see that you can change the ambient lighting in percentage amounts (see screen capture/pics below). I didn't search for color change...but there are coding forums that would definitely know if it is possible if you can't find it.

Thanks so much for the above information.

- What is the the Ambient lighting brightness setting default before coding?

- Is the "Vgate iCar Pro BLE 4.0" the best one to get?

Ambient lighting won’t increase more than what it is. Color change isn’t an option either at least for my 2017 650 GC
