I learned that if you didn't already install the May security roll-up, (you know, the one that puts Edge back into everything you recently cleaned it out of) you can't install the July CUMULATIVE security roll-up packages. And if you use WSUS, and declined the May update because you trusted M$ to actually make the CUMULATIVE rollup be cumulative, then you need to download msu files and reboot AGAIN. By hand. On all the computers where your users never install the May update (I already knew they didn't install updates, that's why I had to go there in the first place)


And I just learned it's actually 5 o'clock SOMEWHERE. So I'm going looking for somewhere.
