Kudos to BMW USA!

Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to give a shout out to BMW for some recent customer support. We purchased a 2018 BMW 650i earlier this year and the dash began to buckle slightly in a few places over the hot summer. We purchased it from a large and non BMW dealership btw, so it wasn't a CPO.

Anyhow, from research it appears to cost between $4k and $5k dollars to replace the dash. Consequently, I contacted BMW USA to see if they could offer us any assistance, which they did. They ended up covering 75% of the repair costs, so we got a brand new dash installed for $1,100.00. The car looks brand new again. I consider that excellent customer support and appreciation. So, I'm giving them a shout out.....
