Intermittent clicking noise from engine

It appears to be louder from the bottom left side. It can be heard at idle, after the engine has been warmed up. With the AC off, is less noticeable. Browsing around, found a youtube video, F10 M5 with almost the same noise, the guy informed that was the water pump pulley. Youtube video link Would appreciate any suggestions.
