Years ago, I took just the wheel/tire from my, then, ZHP to get plugged since I didn't want to drive on a donut for the rest of the weekend. They were the only place open at the time. I got my wheel back scratched/gouged pretty good and they even mounted the directional tire backwards. Luckily I took pix of the wheel before bringing it in and I eventually was able to figure out how it gouged/scratched and the manager gave me petty cash to have the wheel re-finished.

I went there once back when I had my Infiniti for an oil change and when I got it back the volume was full blast they had plugged in their iPod or used a cd to blast music while working and there was a huge oily smudge on the glass that was a pain to clean off. Never went back

So BMW replaced the water pump and crankshaft position sensor and a couple other things . I get it back after a week. And I still have the same problem didn't even leave the dealership lot :
