Which oil for BMW Forged S63

Hello guys, can you give me a tip:

Now I have a Forged S63 Engine in my M6.
Which oil should I use best?:
Now I have from Motul 5w-50

RK told me they use 15w-50

Thanks for help!

I would use what ever your engine builder recommends. 15w sounds a little odd though.

Completely dependent on whatever engine builder states to use. The issue with these S63’s are tight rod journals not getting enough oil. So a heavier weight oil wouldn’t surprise me.

My engine builder told me to use 5w50 ,im east coat USA , They use custom rod bearing clearances ,If your from a very hot climate 15w50 will be fine .
Im going to use 5w50 Amsoil signature and change it every 3-5k miles
