“Hellcat Redeye”

What are your thoughts of the upcoming Dodge Hellcat Redeye. Might sell my ride and try something different. Thinking of getting into muscle car.

I also eyed those...but I don't necessarily like the Hellcat lines. The only American cars that I find attractive right now is the Chevrolet Cameron Z06 or ZR1.

What's the paint/wrap job on your M6 called?

Also, why no CF side-mirror caps? haha

I would take the Camaro ZL1 personally. Insanely imposing look and great cockpit.

IMO, Chargers/Challengers are a dime a dozen... Not to mention the poor interior and goofy infotainment layout.

I'd rather have a special car (the F06), with much better interior and features, than 800 unusable HP in a cracker jack box.

I had a Z06 for a few months, and while it was fun to drive and handled well, I felt like everybody had one (at least here in TX). Plus the interior was far inferior, touch/feel/layout/comfort. The M6 is just more usable and way better looking.

Haha, but doesn't everyone in Texas also own an M6? A ton of them are listed for sale in Texas

California, specifically LA, is the land of roaming M4's....

Unavoidable when driving anywhere.

Could be getting bore of the M6 and looking for a different experience, I’ve dirven a Hellcat with only 700hp and that thing was a blast trying to modulate the power delivery.

The only place where the Hellcat excels other than acceleration, is maintenance and repairs - an OHV engine is so much easier to work on than a DOHC engine, plus the supercharger is only like 8-12 bolts to remove and a belt and the heads are accessible, the labor to remove the turbos and all the plumbing just to get to the heads on the BMW engines costs more than a complete head job on the Hellcat. But alas, it's still a Dodge, but an M6 is not only badass, and not to pull the snob card, but the M6 also has an air of sophistication with it.

I'd stick with the M6.

It's a pony car like a camaro or mustang. No where in the realm of M6. Might as well compare them to a Ferrari at that point, sure they may be faster but so is a 1989 hatchback civic with a swap and 101mm turbo.
