Drove to Michigan for my GC!

I finally got my 2015 M6 GC, been looking for months and almost gave up,So as the title says I drove to Michigan from NY 700 miles with my friend in my 2014 Merc E63s,A Toyota Dealer had it so I just traded the E63s for it,I couldn't pass up the deal the car has 30k miles on it Full leather ,Comp package,Carbon ceramic brakes B&O sound system I think it has every option except night vision and the MSRP was $145,500 ,I picked up the car for 60k on the dot ,Has a perfect clean car fax all maintenance done before schedule ,all maintenance was done in the same dealer in Michigan, the guy who owned it had to buy a house so he flipped it for toyota and some cash in the pocket lol.
A good thing about it the car was bought brand new in late 2015 I think 10/15 so I still have factory warranty till 10/19 ,I will never hit the miles because its a weekend car,I might look into extended warranty but still want to do down pipes exhaust and tune so i will see about that.
The car has new Michelin 4s on it also, and I picked up the car the way you see it ,it has black tips and gloss black m6 logo on the rear ,Im looking to do a rear diffuser and a truck lip spoiler as well ,actually I had the truck spoiler on but one side kept popping up on me so I took it off,im going to order acrylic 3m tape and an adhesion promoter next time around.

I had the car for about a month now and I absolutely love it ,it is an amazing car I have a lot to learn Im so glad to be in the M6 family!

OP, can you decode your VIN? I'm curious whether the gloss black 443 wheels were standard in 2015. I had always thought they were standard in 2017.

Thanks Guys, the front splitter is RW Carbon I used them with my E63s and everything been great fitment, the front splitter is a piece of cake to install you remove the lower rubber scraper and use all the factory bolts no tape needed, I am having a little trouble with the rear spoiler , I think it痴 more to place it correctly, I still think fitment can be better it痴 a pain in the arse , I have done quite a few deck lid spoilers in my day with success, I will try again with better tape and adhesion promoter.

The wheels were powder coated, I知 not sure if the dealer had them done or the previous owner, The job came out really nice except for the m logo stickers was re glued on very sloppy but it痴 not an eyesore.

Mods I致e done so far , BMS Filters, Front splitter,
BMS titanium lug bolts, and trying to reapply the rear spoiler

Thats awesome congratulations! Sounds like a good deal. Car looks great! I just got mine 3 weeks ago. $147k msrp on mine 27k miles and cpo till 05/2020.

How you like the Carbom Ceramics? I absolutely love no brake dust but boy they squeak! I’m ordering the Meisterschaft Gtc end of the week. I will eventually tune it also.

I have the CCBs as well - whenever they start to squeak from too much stop and go traffic I just do 3 hard stops from about 50 (what they were designed for) - a little mini bedding - no more squeaks for a few weeks.

Thanks! Congrats on your car as well!!
I love the Carbon Ceramics , I don稚 have that much squealing just from the rear once in a while , When you wash your car use your pressure washer and blast the rotors really good (use only the white tip 40 degree tip to play it safe ) this is in the infotainment system manual they tell you use a high pressure washer.
Please post a vid of the exhaust , are you doing catless downpipes? I知 interested in the Eisenmann Race and I think you can order them with valves but it痴 large coin for some stainless piping lol

Thank you! My brakes squeak like crazy. Literally like crazy. I知 getting the one with the valve control. They are super expensive yes but I知 in love with the sound off videos.

I知 going install the mufflers and delete the resonators together. Downpipes I will eventually do with a tune but after winter. I really want to do some researching. Where in NY you from? I知 im queens.

Sounds like a plan with your exhaust,I think they just cut the resonators out and put straight pipe in I知 guess they use stainless pipe?
I think I really have to hear some systems in person to make a final decision, I知 in south Queens also we can hook up one day
