New Owner, 2013 M6 Coupe

Hi all,

New owner here, 5th BMW and back from my brief 1yr ownership of a Mercedes-Benz CLS 550 (I needed a change lol). This is my first M car and I look forward to learning a lot about these cars and the platform. Anyone want to point me to some good starting mods or articles to read?

42k mi, 1 owner, clean carfax religiously BMW serviced and just had a major svc done. Plugs, filters, rear diff svc, front pads, all fluids etc.

Executive Pkg, Driving Assistance Pkg, Zandvoort Beige Full Merino Leather & Ventilated Seats.

Clean spec - welcome!

What mods are your considering? Performance? Aesthetics? A lot of good options out there for both.

Beautiful example! Looks clean and appears to have been very well taken care of. Good buy, enjoy!

I'm TERRIFIED of the reliability on these cars lol, got a good extended warranty for it. The power is intoxicating and I'm still getting comfortable with it, prior to this my CLS550 was making 400hp/450tq.

In the meantime I deff want to add some carbon fiber like kidney grilles, shifter, maybe paddles, and mirror caps. Any suggestions that aren't thousands of dollars?

That car looks super clean. These cars are such a bargain because so little people no about them and there so rare. Its hard to find anything under 50k that compares. The Rear diffuser is there. The gran coupe has a better carbon fiber rear diffuser stock. I to bought a exclusionary warranty from the bmw dealership i bought the car from, I hope i didn't waste my money its been a year now and haven't used it. Only issues i've had were coils and a bad MAF Sensor, I know the forums scare you but i've met quite a few m5/m6 owners and non have had many issues.

I won't ever feel like I "wasted" my money on an extended warranty with a car like this. Helps me sleep at night lol

The question is how much money you waste on that warranty until something fails for you)))
Some people say you can just put some money aside every month similar to what you pay for that warranty. And then use them is time comes. Or just save if it does not come to you during ownership.
