2013 F13 Oil Indicator won't move...

Hi all, yesterday I checked my oil via I-drive and it said to add a quart. I did that and the indicator didn't move. Added another qt and still no change. Worth noting I never got any type of a warning until I proactively went into I-drive. Anyone know what the issue might be? I didn't want to add a 3rd qt w/o knowing what the hell might be going on

Hoping someone may have experienced this and can lend some advice.

Thanks in advance.

And this is occurring after adding oil...THEN...starting the engine or driving the car and rechecking? Just asking in case you missed that step...so it could be crossed off the list of possibilities.

Yes, and re-measuring with i-drive each time.

Probably a defective level sensor, take it to the dealer or shop and you may have to tow it. If you overfilled by one quart it may cause some other issues.
