was actually a quote from Horner...

...made after they bought out the wrong tyres for Ricciardo's pit stop at Monaco which cost him the win.
Why they sabotaged Ricciardos race is a mystery

If they were trying to gift the race to Verstappen again they wasted their time as he crashed three times during the weekend and ended up finishing 18th.

I suspect nobody's expecting much from the Haas team, I am just happy to see the young Schumacher in an F1 car & would like to see him do well for himself.
