Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 3 on 20" wheels

Hello,
Anybody have these tyres? I would thank a comparison to the horrible dunlops sport maxx gt. Do the f1s give better ride over potholes?. Unfortunately i can't run non runflats.
Thanks a lot from Spain

I had 2 sets of fronts and 3 sets of rears on my C63 but they were all normal tires, not runflats.

I have never owned Dunlops but compared to Michelin PS4 tyres I found that they wore down on the inner edge quicker and couldn't quite get grip in a straight line in 2nd gear in the wet whereas the PS4 would get grip in 2nd with no problems at all.

I had PZeros before the Asymm 3 and the Asymm3 is definitely a much better tyre for grip, wear, noise, just everything.

Garage List
Pirelli PZeroes all the way

The Michelin PS4 all-weather tyre is a good alternative choice for the kind of weather we have in the UK. The Dunlop Sport Max whilst not perfect has an excellent balance of perforamance and longevity.

I wouldnt go close to the Goodyear Assymetrics or even the Michelin PS Cup 2. Scary in the wet and in corners - may work better on AWD transmissions.

I have PZeroes on all my cars.

If you want best premium tire go for Michelin PS4S or Continental ContiSport Contact 6. If you want less expensive but still good tire buy Kumho PS91.

I went with Michelin A/S 3. Superb ride, longevity, comfort and grip.

I run Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 3 on 20" wheels. They are really good tyres, grip is very good especially in the dry, yes like ALL RF's a little noisy and bumpy over potholes/cracks in road but nothing to put me off them.
