im new to idrive never had one in my last 4 bmws..
now i have a 2015 640i with idrive are you guys paying to update the maps or is it free? sorry for being such a newb lol

This thread is about upgrading the map for free. There are requirements on your side since you have to produce the code needed to update the map (see 1st post) which requires software (E-Sys & E-Sys Launcher) & an ENET cable.
