BMW extended warranties for known problems (N63tu)

I'm aware of the 10yr/120k warranty that BMW provides for crankcase vent lines, fuel injectors, high pressure fuel pump, and pressure switch. Also recently I received terms of the Isley settlement regarding excessive fuel consumption. Are there any other extended warranties out there that we should know about? Dealers are not always forthcoming

He meant oil consumption.

Ditto…the Isley settlement is an extension (of sorts) of excess oil consumption similar to th3 original n63 issue. It carries over to oil consumption on the n63tu/2/3 engine variants.
