Help With CEL

Hey guys, I recently did the BM3 and Catless DP's on my car and within about 200 miles I got a CEL, I then used Bimmerlink to see the codes and then reset them and thought maybe they would go away. Well, it came back a couple of miles after. Pulled codes again and was wondering if I could get some help.

Check to make sure that the grounds for the Dme's were reinstalled, it can make things go wacky,if you pull the engine cover off ,you will see the two DME's one on either side they are mounted to the cross bridge, behind the DMEs there is a stud to attach a ground ,its black wire with an eye on it I believe its a 10mm nut.
