h&r springs confusion

Hello everyone, i ordered H&r springs for 640d f06, part number was supposed to be 28947-4 however they sent 28947 VA , was almost 4 inches shorter than factory springs ! What i want to know is if there is a difference to f13 & f06 springs regarding length or would they be the same? as i read another thread of a guy who fitted coupe springs on his GC and it was fine. also in attached image you can see the shape of them front and rear is same so the company clearly sent wrong ones
