Found out recently a pretty high up manager at a former employer got walked out because he was fooling around with one of his subordinates whom happen to all of a sudden climb the corporate ladder. Both of them are (were) married. Oh and the subordinate was also let go.

I've seen this one about a dozen times over the last 30 years and it never ends well. I've walked one such situation out the door many years ago. The impact it has on the families cannot be overstated and when the aggrieved spouse calls to ask why, corporate policy will only allow you to direct them to ask their spouse. It's as bad as it gets!

It's been a very long while since I've given an update on the relationship with the 38 year-old MBA. It ended a couple of months ago. If anyone wants details, pls PM me...I won't put it in the clear out of respect for her.

It started extremely promising but wasn't to be.

Fast forward to about a 6 weeks ago and I met someone from Florida. She's in my age range, 5'-3", 115# with blonde hair and blue eyes. She still rocks a 2-piece bikini. She is a federal agent and very smart as well as driven.

I visited her for a few days about 2 weeks after we first started talking and got along swimmingly well. About 2 weeks after that she came here for a long weekend and we had an even more fantastic time!

It's my turn to travel next week and I'm quite looking forward to it. She is easy to be around, attentive, kind, and utterly without guile.

I will keep everyone updated.

Ohhhhh an agent. I had a short lived involvement with a DHS Agent who was stationed in the Los Angeles office; I met her on Hinge. She was cool, but nahhhhhh. Hopefully your situation develops in a promising and meaningful way.

Its a literal minefield. Marriages, careers, all of it. I've never understood shitting where you ate in any capacity. Id only consider dating someone who worked at a current employer if she was in a situation where we were not crossing paths.

I couldnt even imagine a simple bad breakup and having to work with the person for an extended period of time. Let alone blown up marriages/careers.
