How to remove 6 series roof rails

Can't find any information on these, how do I take out the roof rails on the 6 series? I want to repaint/wrap mine

Thankfully the pic you posted indicated that you have 4 doors…you still only have a 2013 3 series listed as the car you drive. Remember to post your model etc so that you can get the correct answers, suggestions, recommendations, etc.

From the diagram below, the roof rails are #1 in the diagram and are secured to the roof with #4, #5, & #8 (for those that aren't familiar with the parts diagram...the encircled numbers in the diagram represent hardware & usually have their own index within the diagram):
