Retrofit Lane OEM blind spot alert

Does anyone know if it’s possible to retrofit the blind spot warning system on a 2015 M6 GC?

It'd be quite a bit of work as you'd need the sensors in the rear bumper and new side mirrors at the very least.

I actually turned mine off, the lights should only come on when you indicate and have a car next to you in my mind, not just constantly lighting up when you have no interest at all in changing lanes.

Thanks and you are probably right - I had it for a while on a new 440 M Sport previously and thought it might be handy but now you mention it - it was a pain when not indicating to see it flash all the time.
