Struggle is Real
Congrats to those who have taken the plunge with these.
I like them, but I hate them, but i like them! At first glance they look interesting, until you see a pic of the entire back end. I wouldn't mid having a second look with the all red version. Changes the lines back there drastically. almost as if disrupts the simplicity design elegance |

Cannot wait too see yours. I want OEM red but waiting to see them on an actual car before I order. I want to see what they look on the inside as well.

What's up folks! So stoked that we should have our lights in a couple weeks!
Just so you know these are all still prototypes. Factory production light internals will be frosted and you won't be able to see the LED dots. What a journey this has been for all of us but especially for me trying to bring these into the world lol. We made it happen tho and I appreciate you all for your interest and support. BMWisBest those lights look sharppp on the front of the M6. I would definitely be on board for these. Let’s make it happen.
On a different note the M6 gran coupe is by far the most beautiful BMW ever made IMO. I am so glad to own one of these modern classics. They hit it out of the park with this body style. Sad to see the direction they are going these days. |

My reaction is sort of like my reaction to the rear end of a C8 Vette - pointlessly overdesigned. Way too fussy for a car that is know for its smooth, clean lines.

Did you code your LED's in with Bimmercode. Mine actually actuate the turn signals and brake lights when the brakes are depressed. Wondering if my issue is the coding settings for LED and I have something active/inactive or vice versa. Bavgruppe is working on a fix but unusual it would not affect all cars and just a few unless it was in the coding.

Are those the Smoke color or red? Look nice!!
I have a black 2016 M6 convertible that I am thinking about upgrading the taillights on. I don’t want to have to worry about coding though. I want to plug them in and that’s it. Do you think I’d need to code? Thanks |
