I was a Grosjean fan too but when success in Indy cars didn't happen he became a whiner and a disruptor inside the team. I'm not a big fan of whiners. That includes Lewis H.

Fast is only fast if you bring the car home and not hit your team mates.

Horner and Helmut Marko are way too smart for that. Like a lot of talented drivers before him, Proust, Senna come to mind, many don't play well with others. This is why a driver like Checo Perez is a good fit for Max Verstappen.

Getting another driver in like Norris could upset the 'status quo' of RBR, the last thing that Marko wants is a Senna/Prost situation where fierce competition, accusations and collisions etc upsets the balance of the Milton Keynes team.
Why rock the boat when you are sailing smooth and if Perez is saying this and that through journos then yeah let him leave if he really means it.

Chas would have it worse in RBR than he has at Ferrari presently, the 'Max factor' would crucify him..what goes around comes around however friendly on the podium with the Ferrari bubbly and things are remembered with him from the karting days, Max doesn't forget and no one forgives in F1.
