I considered a frozen M6 last year but decided against it because how hard it is to keep clean and detail. If it gets scratched or chipped, good luck trying to buff it out or touch it up. If you're looking for the matte look for a daily driver, either buy a frozen car and apply ppf to the whole thing or get a gloss car and apply stealth ppf. Either way, it will cost at least 6K for the whole car.
I do agree that the sweet spot for this car is mid to upper 40s because it is rare, loaded, and in great condition (I'm assuming). A lot of M6s have been retailing for wholesale price. Some very nice M6s have been sold on these forms for wholesale pricing as well. I can't imagine a dealer offering more than low 40s if they dream of making a profit. So OP, if they're offering 49K, take it and run and don't ask questions! Again, I offer this objective feedback to help the buyer and seller move the car.
