Finally the Panamera killer, with more car for less money. OK, not exactly cheap.

Regarding the F10 M5 design, I am a betting man that the 6 and the M6 GC would have simply been Chris Bangle's 5/M5. Take that whichever way you wish.
I just came up with a phrase that explains my feeling toward M6GC - it looks too young for its size and too gentle for its purpose.

Needless to say my opinion is wothless since I don't have the coin for either of those rides, but there really do look fantastic BUT they are like 10% too big.

My neighbor a few doors down has a new 550xi M Sport. It's the right color (silver ) and those m style 5 spoke wheels really set it apart from the other late model 5ers bopping around. The car looks so good but it is just sooo large. And being an xi with it's higher ride height makes it look bigger still. (Most people in Buffalo are convinced they need an xi because it snows 25% of the year here, even though a set of snows make a non awd great in the snow). He took me for a ride in it and I was blown away at the thrust and swiftness of that boat, and that V8 sure sounds like a v8!

BMW will have no trouble selling M6 GCs.
Heck people think they need xdrive here in California. And it doesn't even snow here!
Watch this car to cost $120k+ though

Looks great but the size is probably a bit big for my liking. M4 GC or a M2 GC should be interesting

So beautifull.. my first encounter with a 6er GC was a nice bright red 650i with the Msport kit .. it looked stunning and low and sleek. Am sure this M6 GC will be even better.. just awesome !

What happened to real M creativity? Nowadays its the same car over and over again.

Its very boring.

Absolutely beautiful. I'm not a fan of the bigger/fatter M5/6 as much as I am the M3, but this Gran Coupe is stunning. I just want to run my hands over the headliner all day :3

Does anyone remember this concept from years ago?

I can think of a few reasons why someone might prefer the M5 over the M6 GC:

- They like the traditional sedan styling over the 4-door coupe style.
- They want more room in the back seat for passengers.
- They want to save money with the lower cost of the M5.

Statistic threshold is what happened.
They can only innovate so much while keeping cost and new fuel economy in mind.
