Big Oil Consumption

my M6 coupe has big oil consumption,i need to fill 1l of oil every cca 1300km!?!?! whats your experience guys,this is not normal?

I just hit around 3900 miles and had to add a quart. I was curious if this is common or expected.

I didn't go for additional oil on my M6 until around 5k miles.

800 miles and it is asking for oil already....

It varies it seems. I hit my 1st around 1000 miles then had my break in down at 2000. Then next quart was at 4K. I'm at 6500 and it's half way through another. So it's getting better. Bu also i haven't really been running it lately

It depends on how you drive. Mine is around 2000miles between quarts.
